In Settings navigate to Integration then API Key. The purpose of the HubSpot API key is to allow developers to create custom APIs that interact with your HubSpot portal.
The first step for setting up your custom API key in HubSpot is to ensure you have Super Admin Access. Providing you have this level of access, you will be able to access your API key in your integrations settings.

Access your API key:
- Locate your HubSpot settings
- Navigate towards Integrations > API Key
- If you’ve never generated a key, you’ll need to click Generate API key
- The key can be copied and pasted to give to your developers, or to use in your custom integrations
See your API logs:
- Locate your HubSpot settings
- Navigate towards Integrations > API Key
- In the call log tab you can view the API key activity for the past 7 days
