How do I import multiple images into HubSpot from an external website?

To upload images from an external website, you can enter that website’s URL, and HubSpot will automatically gather all of the images from that website to allow you to upload them into HubSpot all at once.

  • Hover over the Marketing tab on the navigation bar on HubSpot.
  • Select either Email, or hover over Website and select Website pages, Landing pages or Blog.
  • Select which email, website page, landing page or blog post you want to edit.
  • From the contents tab on the left, drag and drop the Image element to where you’d like it on the content.
  • Click Select image on the newly added image element.

  • Once you’ve clicked Select image, at the bottom of the pane on the right, click Add Image, and then click From a URL.
  • Enter the URL of the website pages you’d like to import the images from.
  • Select Preview.
  • Either click the checkbox next to the images you want to upload, or select the Select All checkbox.
  • Select Import selected
  • Ensure that you have the right license to use the images you are importing. If so, click Import on the copyright notice brought up.
  • You can then use any of the imported images in any of your emails, landing pages, website pages and blogs.
