Navigate to Settings, select Objects > Products & Quotes, click the Customized Quote Templates tab, click the Customized Quote Templates button, then select one to use.
From the HubSpot homepage, navigate to the Settings by clicking the gear icon in the top right corner.
In the left-hand side menu, scroll down to Objects > Quotes.
Select the tab labelled Customized Quote Templates
Select Customize Quote Template
Hover over the template you wish to use, and select choose.
At the top of the screen, select the pencil icon to edit the template name.
On the left-hand side of the screen, select a module you wish to edit.
To edit the line items on the quote, select the line items table module, from there you can drag and drop the order you wish items to appear, and untick the checkboxes if you don’t want something to be displayed
Continue to edit the modules on the left-hand side until you are happy with the template. A preview of changes will be displayed on the right-hand side.
In the settings tab at the top, you can edit the domain of the template, the theme, and edit the template in the design manager.
Once you are happy with the template you can then save it for creating a quote.
Use your custom template to create a quote
Navigate to Sales > Quotes at the top of HubSpot
Select Create Quote
Select a deal to use in your quote, then click next.
Select your custom quote template
Then finish setting up your quote.
Managing your custom quotes
Navigate to settings in the top right corner
On the left-hand side, select Objects>Products & Quotes
Click the customized quote templates tab
From here, you can clone or delete your custom quote templates
You can also select default templates to be hidden from view when creating future quotes.
