The way you connect your paid channels will depend on whether you are connecting LinkedIn, Facebook, or Google Ads
To install LinkedIn ads the HubSpot user who connects a LinkedIn Ads account must have Publish access to the ads tool in HubSpot. To connect the LinkedIn ads account you must be an Account Manager in that LinkedIn Ads account. To check user permissions in your
LinkedIn Ads account:
- Navigate to the Campaign Manager.
- Select your LinkedIn Ads account.
- Select Manage access
Connect LinkedIn ads to HubSpot:
- Navigate to HubSpot settings
- Click Marketing > Ads
- Click Connect account
- Select LinkedIn
- Log into your LinkedIn ads account
- Allow the permissions
Please note to ensure to turn on lead syncing. And auto tracking. This is going to be essential for automatically connecting any leads you get through lead forms straight into your HubSpot CRM.
Facebook:
Firstly, ensure you have publish access in the ads tool in HubSpot. In order to connect a Facebook ads account, you must also be an admin of the ad account.
- Go to your Facebook business manager.
- In the top left, click list VieBusiness Manager, then click Business settings.
- In the left sidebar menu, under Accounts, click Ad Accounts.
- Select the ad account that you want to connect to HubSpot.
- In the right pane, click the name of your Facebook user to see all your ad account permissions.
Connect Facebook ads to HubSpot:
- Navigate to HubSpot settings
- Click Marketing > Ads
- Click Connect account
- Select Facebook
- Log into your Facebook ads account
- Allow the permissions
Google Ads
In order to connect Google Ads to HubSpot, you must be an admin inside your Google ads account and have publish access in the ads tool.
Connect Google Ads ads to HubSpot:
- Navigate to HubSpot settings
- Click Marketing > Ads
- Click Connect account
- Select Google Ads account
- Log into your Google ads account
- Allow the permissions
Your Google Ads account will appear in your Ads Accounts settings in HubSpot.
