Navigate to Snippets from Conversations, click Create a snippet and input a name and the snippet text. Choose the text for the shortcut and then click Save snippet.
From your Hubspot homepage, navigate to Conversations and then to Snippets.
Click Create a snippet.
Choose a name for your snippet and what you would like the text to say.
Scroll to the Shortcut section and type in the shortcut you would like to use to trigger the snippet text to be used.
Click Save snippet at the bottom left.
