What happens if we need more help with something outside the scope of the onboarding while it is still underway?

We are happy to help. Let your onboarding manager know and they will assess the need and the Client Success team will arrange a separate scope to help you.

We are always happy to help with anything outside the initial scope of work. If you have any requirements outside your scope, let your onboarding manager know. They will assess the need you have and bring it to our Client Success team where we will arrange a separate scope to help you out with that problem.
