A guided onboarding will be delivered by onboarding specialists, the Client Success team, or the Solutions team. A managed onboarding will be led by the Client Success team to strategize and executed by the Solutions team.
At BBD Boom, we have a variety of onboarding specialists, a Client Success team, and an expert Solutions Team to assist you with onboarding. With a guided onboarding, you will be assigned a member of any of our above mentioned teams. With a managed onboarding, you will ultimately be led by our Client Success team to strategize the best ways to implement HubSpot, with our expert Solutions team executing the implementation.
