HubSpot Product Update: August 2026

Written by Emily Allen | Aug 25, 2026, 9:51:50 AM

Welcome to our HubSpot Product Spotlight for August. In this blog, we’ll explore some of the team's favourite HubSpot updates from the last month. Ready? Let’s dive in!

Now Live

These are all the new features live and ready to use in your HubSpot portal.

1. Customer Agent provides contextual Deployment Recommendations

What is it?

Customers see a personalized deployment recommendations for Customer Agent, tailored by the customer's own conversation volume, Agent benchmark resolution & performance data, SLA adherence, and customer historical conversation trends. Customer Agent recommends where they can help with your conversation volume.

Why does it matter?

Customers need guidance on where and how to deploy Customer Agent for maximum benefit. Today, deployment decisions are manual, error-prone, and based on guesswork or external calculations. Bringing benchmark-driven, prescriptive recommendations into the product removes friction and helps customers quickly realize value by deploying CA to the right channels and topics, saving time and resources.

2. Customer Agent now cites sources in your visitor's language

What is it?

Customer agent now filters out citations that don't match the language of the response it generated. Only citations in the visitor's language are shown.

Why does it matter?

Visitors were sometimes seeing citations pointing to articles in a different language than the one they were using — for example, an English-speaking visitor being directed to a French article. With this update, every citation shown is one your visitor can actually read.

3. Ticket links in feedback surveys now go to help desk

What is it?

If you use help desk, ticket links in the feedback survey experience now open the help desk workspace instead of the CRM record page.

Why does it matter?

For teams working out of help desk, clicking a ticket link from a feedback survey used to open the CRM tickets view — breaking the workflow and requiring a manual trip back to help desk. This update takes you directly to where you work.

4. Improved System Messages in Help Desk Threads

What is it?

System messages in help desk threads have been updated from full-width status labels to compact, interactive chips that display action details — including who acted, when, and relevant links — directly in the thread.

Why does it matter?

When agents are managing high ticket volumes, understanding what happened on a thread, and who did it, is essential for fast resolution. The previous system messages had no attribution or context, requiring agents to look elsewhere to piece together ticket history. The updated chips make thread activity visible and navigable without leaving the conversation.

5. Recommended Video Clips for Social Posts

What is it?

You can now see recommended "Made for you" clips in the AI Clips panel in the social tool. When you open the panel, HubSpot surfaces short clips its video clipping agent has already pulled from your uploaded videos — ready to preview and drop straight into your post.

Why does it matter?

Turning a long video into something post-worthy usually means choosing the right video, waiting for it to process, and scrubbing through footage to find the best moment. That's a lot of steps before you have anything to publish.

Recommended clips do that first pass for you. The clipping agent reviews the videos already in your library and puts the strongest moments in front of you the moment the panel opens — so you can go from "I need a clip" to a post-ready clip in a couple of clicks, without hunting through your whole library to find it.

6. Improvements to Marketplace Submission Eligibility

What is it?

We've rolled out a couple of updates to better align the Marketplace submission experience with our existing eligibility requirements.

Submission eligibility now uses active installs. Marketplace listing and Certification/Recertification submissions are now gated based on active installs, aligning the submission experience with our existing eligibility requirements:

  • Marketplace listing: Minimum 3 active installs
  • Certification/Recertification: Minimum 60 active installs and 6 months listed on the Marketplace

Active install visibility. You can now view your app's Active Installs count in your Developer Account, making it easier to track your progress toward these eligibility requirements.

Why does it matter?

The listing and certification eligibility requirements have not changed. Previously, submission eligibility was based on total installs rather than active installs. This meant some apps could submit even though they didn't meet the existing active install requirements, resulting in ineligible submissions and unnecessary confusion.

  • Total installs: The number of distinct HubSpot accounts where the Marketplace app is currently installed, regardless of account type or recent app activity.
  • Active installs: The number of unique, unaffiliated HubSpot production accounts that have shown successful app activity within the past 30 days. App activity includes OAuth-authenticated requests to HubSpot APIs as well as signed requests from HubSpot webhook subscriptions and extensions.

With these updates, the submission experience now reflects the requirements that have always been in place, giving you greater transparency into your app's eligibility before you submit.

7. Breeze Assistant can now create downloadable PowerPoint decks

What is it?

Breeze Assistant can generate a fully formatted, downloadable .pptx file when asked to produce a slide deck or presentation. Users can open the file directly in PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides.

Why does it matter?

Customer-facing reps spend significant time copying information from their CRM into slide decks for prospect meetings, proposals, and business reviews. Breeze can now produce a downloadable .pptx directly — alongside HTML and Markdown — so reps get a ready-to-present deck without the manual copy-paste.

8. Workflow enrollments preserve main object record when merging

What is it?

We're updating how workflows behave during a record merge. The record you keep will now stay enrolled in its active workflows, rather than being unenrolled alongside its duplicate.

Today, when you merge two records — say, two duplicate contacts — both records are unenrolled from any workflows they were active in at the time of the merge. That includes the record you chose to keep.

Soon, only the duplicate (the record being merged away) will be unenrolled. The record you keep will continue along in any workflows it's already enrolled in, with no interruption.

Why does it matter?

Merging duplicates is usually a cleanup task. You shouldn't have to choose between fixing your data and keeping your automation running. With this update, you can merge records without pulling your contacts, companies, or deals out of in-flight nurturing, onboarding, or other workflows.

9. Campaign Automation in Marketing Studio

What is it?

You can now build and connect multiple marketing-focused automations directly in marketing studio without switching tools or managing multiple workflows separately.

Why does it matter?

Previously, you had to rebuild Marketing Studio campaigns as separate workflows, causing errors and slowing down execution. Now you can plan and connect multiple automations in one view in Marketing Studio, reducing handoffs and complexity.

10. Customer Agent Folder in Help Desk

What is it?

Help desk now includes a default customer agent folder that is automatically provisioned with four pre-built views that organize every ticket the customer agent has touched by status.

Why does it matter?

One in three customer agent tickets gets handed off to a human rep, making handoffs a frequent, high-stakes moment. Without clear ownership, tickets fall through the cracks and resolution times suffer.

The customer agent folder pre-organizes tickets by status so it's always clear who owns the next action. No admin setup required.

11. Multi-Account Management: Expanded Eligibility

What is it?

You can now set up Multi-Account Management (MAM) with any Enterprise subscription. Previously, MAM required Marketing Hub Enterprise on at least one portal.

Watch this Academy video to learn more about Multi-Account Management and how it can help your multi-org business.

Why does it matter?

This change removes a barrier for organizations that don't use Marketing Hub Enterprise but still need to manage multiple HubSpot accounts. More teams can now use MAM to unify reporting, copy assets across portals, and automate cross-account workflows.

12. AEO Recommendations: Estimated Citation Lift

What is it?

You can now see a projected citation lift estimate alongside each AEO recommendation in HubSpot, giving you a concrete signal of how much each recommendation could improve your AI citation rate before you act on it.

Why does it matter?

AEO recommendations tell you what to change, but not how much it matters. Without a sense of expected impact, it's hard to know where to start.

Estimated Citation Lift addresses this directly:

  • Prioritization clarity: You can rank recommendations by projected citation impact and focus effort where it's likely to move the needle most.
  • Justification for action: Teams working across content, SEO, and marketing can point to a concrete projected outcome when deciding which recommendations to tackle first.
  • Closer connection between work and results: The lift estimate ties your content decisions back to AI visibility, making the value of AEO recommendations easier to see and communicate.

13. AI-assisted knowledge base category translation

What is it?

You can now use custom event properties as personalization tokens in automated marketing emails and workflows, pulling in event-specific data to personalize content for each contact.

Why does it matter?

Managing a multilingual knowledge base means keeping categories in sync across every language variant. Today, missing translations surface as errors with no clear path to fix them. This update flags categories that need translation, surfaces AI suggestions to fill gaps quickly, and blocks publishing until all required translations are in place.

14. Set Maximum Marketing Contact Limits

What is it?

With this release, super admins and any users with 'Modify Billing' permission can now set a maximum marketing contact limit on their portal's Marketing Contacts page within Account & Billing. Once reached manual imports and automated features will no longer set contacts as marketing. Previously, there was no way to cap marketing contacts, leaving portals vulnerable to unexpected tier auto-upgrades.

Why does it matter?

Customers need greater control over their marketing contact usage to avoid unexpected tier upgrades. When admins can set a maximum, they can confidently manage their contact base without the risk of surprise charges.

15. Mobile notetaker and post-meeting experience extended to Service Hub

What is it?

Mobile notetaker and the enhanced post-meeting experience are now available to Service Hub Professional and Enterprise seated customers in the HubSpot mobile app.

Why does it matter?

Field CSMs often work outside the office and previously had no mobile tools for capturing and following up on conversations. They can now record meetings on the go, keep CRM data current without manual notes, and act on follow-ups faster from their phone.

16. Filtered User Properties

What is it?

Admins can now limit user properties to only show users from specific teams.

Why does it matter?

Until now, admins couldn't control which users appeared in default user properties (i.e. company owner on the Company object) so every user in the portal would appear in that dropdown. This makes selection overwhelming and inefficient for reps, and creates an unnecessary opportunity for error if only certain users should be selected in different circumstances.

17. Google Performance Max Ad Image Generation

What is it?

HubSpot now uses Google AI to auto-generate ad-ready images during Performance Max campaign creation. Enter a landing page URL and get landscape, square, and portrait variants — no manual sourcing or resizing required.

Why does it matter?

Finding images that meet Google's required dimensions is a top friction point in PMax setup. AI generation removes that barrier, delivering publish-ready assets in under a minute.

18. Get Paid Through Customer Agent with Payment Links

What is it?

Customer Agent can now send payment links directly inside a conversation. When a buyer signals they're ready to purchase — by asking for product details, a price, or indicating they want to buy — the agent picks the right payment link from your library and sends it in the same chat, email, or WhatsApp thread.

Why does it matter?

A potential buyer asks about a product — what it costs, what's included, whether it's the right fit — and by the time the conversation wraps, they've gotten their questions answered but haven't bought. They're left to find the right page on your site, decide which option to pick, and check out on their own. This friction can stall deals.

Customer Agent now closes that gap. Instead of resolving the conversation and sending the buyer off to navigate your site, the agent can capture the purchase directly in the same thread — sending the right payment link the moment the buyer is ready, with the product and pricing already sorted out. The buyer doesn't have to figure out what they're buying or where to click, and you don't lose the sale to friction.

It also gives you a way to sell your products through agents without giving up control. You decide which payment links the agent can send, which ones it should actively offer, and which ones stay off-limits — so the agent can run a meaningful slice of your GTM motion while you keep the guardrails.

19. Sandbox creation now copies team based CRM views

What is it?

When you create a sandbox, team based and shared CRM views across contacts, companies, deals, tickets, and custom objects are copied from production.

Why does it matter?

Saved views define what your reps see on the records index page, which filters surface the right contacts or deals, and how managers operationalize playbooks across their team. Without these views, your sandbox doesn't reflect how your team actually uses HubSpot, making it hard to test changes realistically, train new hires, or validate your reps end-to-end workflows without disrupting them in your production account.

Previously, before testing could begin in a Sandbox, you had to manually recreate team views whenever you created a new sandbox. Now your sandbox starts with the same CRM view setup your team relies on in production, supporting realistic user acceptance testing.

20. Customer Agent New Coaching Opportunity: Conflicting Knowledge Sources

What is it?

Conflicting knowledge sources is a coaching opportunity type that surfaces when two or more of the customer agent's knowledge sources contain contradictory information about the same topic. It's part of the coaching opportunities framework alongside knowledge gaps, help desk feedback, thumbs down, and low CX score.

Why does it matter?

When a customer asks a question and the agent pulls from two sources that say opposite things, it can produce inconsistent answers — even if the agent picks the right one in the moment. The underlying data quality problem persists and keeps affecting other conversations. Conflicting sources are a silent quality issue: the agent isn't failing visibly, but it's working around bad data. This signal helps admins find and fix those sources before they erode customer trust.

21. Customer Agent Performance Reporting Update

What is it?

We've redesigned customer agent performance analytics experience to give admins a clearer, more actionable view of how their agent is performing.

Why does it matter?

Today's reporting experience has too much data in one view, making it hard to navigate and digest. Service leaders need a more focused analytics experience that makes it easy to tell the full story of their agents' performance, including the impact and outcomes it drives.

22. Real-Time Table Updates in the CRM

What is it?

Index and record pages now update property data in real time as you create or modify records.

Why does it matter?

Stale data leads to missed opportunities and mistaken priorities. With real-time updates, you're always working with current information—whether a new record is created, ownership changes, or a status updates. You can act confidently knowing your view reflects the latest data without manual refreshing.

23. Improved editing of emails with Breeze Assistant

What is it?

You can now ask Breeze Assistant to help you edit specific text in your email while you're writing it or refine specific parts of AI-drafted emails.

Why does it matter?

These changes will help you use AI to write your emails more effectively and efficiently in HubSpot.

24. Manage app object associations with association workflow actions

What is it?

Associations workflow actions support managing associations for app objects from connected apps. You can now create, update, or remove associations between app object records and other CRM records directly from workflows.

Why does it matter?

Until now, app objects couldn't be associated to other records through workflows, which forced customers into manual processes or custom builds. This update unlocks several high-demand use cases to automate data set up:

  • Automate record linking between app objects and standard CRM records based on shared identifiers.
  • Connect app object data into existing pipeline and revenue motions without rebuilding established processes.
  • Maintain multi-object relationships at scale for attribution, segmentation, and reporting.

25. Exports from the Duplicate Management Tool Now Appear in the Central Audit Log

What is it?

Exports performed within the duplicate management tool will now appear in the central audit log.

Why does it matter?

The central audit log gives admins one place to view all important activity within their CRM. Adding exports from the duplicate management tool to the audit log will give admins a clearer picture of how their users might be extracting data from their portal.

26. AI-prioritized invoices and collection emails

What is it?

You can now use Breeze Assistant to rank your open invoices by revenue impact and draft personalized collection emails — directly from your invoice index page.

Why does it matter?

Chasing down unpaid invoices manually takes time you don't have. Without a clear sense of which invoices to act on first, it's easy to let high-value outstanding balances slip through the cracks.

Breeze Assistant surfaces which open invoices deserve your attention most and drafts the follow-up emails for you, so you can focus on collecting revenue rather than tracking it down.

Beta

These updates are currently in the works and nearly ready to be released on your HubSpot Portal.

1.  Affirm and Klarna on Checkout

What is it?

Affirm and Klarna are now available as installment payment options at checkout for qualified US and Canadian merchants on payment links and invoices. Buyers can pay over time while you receive the full payment upfront, less applicable fees.

Why does it matter?

High-value purchases can stall at checkout when buyers prefer not to pay the full amount at once. Providing Affirm and Klarna gives buyers more payment flexibility and can help:

  • Make larger purchases more accessible
  • Reduce checkout friction and cart abandonment
  • Build buyer confidence at the point of payment
  • Support higher average transaction values

2. Access Requests for Users & Teams

What is it?

When you try to access the Users & Teams pages without the right permissions, you can now request access directly in HubSpot. A modal lets you describe what you're trying to do and notify an admin, who receives a link straight to the Edit Permissions page with your context already loaded.

Why does it matter?

Getting the right access typically means tracking down an admin over Slack, email, or in person. Then the admin still has to figure out exactly what you need and why. Request Access gives teammates a structured way to ask for access in the moment, and gives admins the context they need to make decisions quickly. The result: fewer back-and-forth exchanges and faster resolution for both sides.

3. Primary ID Preservation for Merged Records

What is it?

When you merge two CRM records, HubSpot now preserves the primary record's ID as the surviving record ID; no new ID is generated. The secondary record's ID becomes a forward reference that resolves to the primary record ID.

Why does it matter?

Until now, HubSpot generated a brand-new record ID every time two records were merged, a behavior that created friction for anyone managing integrations or external data systems:

  • Integrations that cached or referenced record IDs broke silently after every merge
  • Webhook consumers received an unexpected "object created" event for what was conceptually the same record
  • Teams storing HubSpot IDs in external systems had to manually chase down the new canonical ID after each merge

With this change, record IDs stay stable across merges. This allows integrations to keep working, merge events to appear correctly on the timeline, and HubSpot's behavior to match what you'd expect from any other CRM.

4Order Amount (Revenue) Attribution

What is it?

Order Amount (Revenue) Attribution tells you how much revenue can be attributed to your marketing events using attribution models like linear, first touch, last touch, and time decay. Orders serve as the transactional record for changes to the Contracts object, which is the source of truth for revenue within HubSpot.

Why does it matter?

With revenue data in your customer platform, you can connect your GTM efforts to the revenue they produce. For marketers, this means mapping top-of-funnel events to bottom-of-funnel outcomes. The attribution report makes this all possible with HubSpot and connects marketing efforts to Contacts (Created), Deals (Created), Deals (Closed-Won Amount), and now revenue in the form of Orders (Amount).

6. New Help Desk Composer Experience

What is it?

Support reps in help desk now have access to a streamlined, modern reply editor with a refreshed layout, less clutter, and advanced formatting options. Users can opt into the new experience to try it today.

Why does it matter?

Reps working in help desk struggle with visual clutter, inefficient layout, and missing features in the current composer. This leads to slower workflows and cognitive fatigue. This update reduces friction, speeds up responses, and improves rep efficiency.

7. Personalized Product Updates

What is it?

The Product Updates page has been redesigned to highlight what’s most relevant to your team, so you can spend less time searching for updates and more time putting them to work.

Why does it matter?

When every update looks the same, it’s hard to tell what actually matters. Important changes like fixes you asked for, updates to tools your team relies on, or features that could drive impact can easily get lost in the noise.

This redesign surfaces the updates that are most relevant to your team so you can quickly understand what’s important and take action.

8. Lead Scoring Public API

What is it?

Lead Scoring Public API is now available in beta. This exposes programmatic access to read, create, update, and delete lead scoring configurations, read computed score values, and reset scores via versioned REST endpoints on developers.hubspot.com

Why does it matter?

Integrators can now programmatically manage scoring rules, read scores, utilize partner integrations, automation tools, and external analytics using the Lead Scoring Public API.

9. Prompt Sharing in Breeze Assistant

What is it?

Users can now share prompts with their entire portal, individual users or teams, making it easy for teams to collaborate on and reuse effective prompts across Breeze Assistant.

Why does it matter?

Teams can standardize workflows and share best practices. Instead of every user recreating the same prompts, one user can create and share a prompt that appears in everyone's prompt library.

10. Meeting links payment link updates

What is it?

Developers can now programmatically associate payment links with meeting scheduling pages through a new PATCH endpoint on the public Meetings API. The endpoint supports a paymentLinkId field — pass a string value to associate a payment link, or pass null to clear the association. Additionally, the meeting-link list (GET) response now includes a paymentLinkId field so apps can read which payment links are already attached.

Why does it matter?

Previously, configuring a payment link on a meeting scheduling page was a UI-only action — developers building on HubSpot's CRM could not programmatically set up payment collection on scheduled meetings. This API closes that gap, enabling automated workflows and integrations to attach, update, or remove payment links on scheduling pages without requiring users to configure them manually in the HubSpot UI.

11. Revenue Data and Reporting in the Customer Success Workspace

What is it?

Customer success managers and leaders can now access out-of-the-box revenue reports and summary cards directly from the customer success workspace, including gross and net revenue retention, ARR/MRR up for renewal, and an MRR waterfall report.

Why does it matter?

CS teams are measured on revenue retention. This gives CSMs and CS leaders a consistent, structured view of their book of business so they can track retention progress, forecast renewals, and prioritize customer outreach.

12. Meet Agent Builder: custom agents made for your business

What is it?

Agent Builder includes custom agents you build for your business, and a new automation canvas that connects agents, actions, and triggers in one place.

Build agents tailored to your business using your own instructions, tools, and knowledge, on the customer data already in your CRM. Connect them to workflows to trigger automation, follow up with contacts, and take action on records at scale.

Why does it matter?

Custom agents let you build AI that works the way your business does. No code required. By giving you full control over what the agent knows, how it behaves, and where it acts, custom agents transform AI from a helpful add-on into a scalable advantage for your entire front office. And with Breeze Assistant, you don't have to start from scratch. Just describe what you need and it builds the agent for you based of your intent.

13. Breeze Assistant Support for Payment Links Creation

What is it?

Breeze Assistant can now create and manage Payment Links for you. Just describe what you want — product, price, discount, billing schedule — and Breeze Assistant drafts a ready-to-use link in seconds. It also handles the full lifecycle: clone an existing link, update its details, toggle discount codes, reroute confirmations, and activate, deactivate, or delete links — all by asking.

Currently only credit cards and ACH are accepted as payment methods. We have also added the ability to collect shipping address and billing address on a payment link and add a checkout fee through Breeze, as well as turn on/off the ability to store a buyer's payment method for unscheduled charges.

Why does it matter?

Setting up and maintaining Payment Links manually means clicking into the editor and filling out each field by hand, then digging back in every time something changes. By letting Breeze Assistant handle it from a simple prompt, sellers can spin up a link to collect payment — and keep it current — in a fraction of the time. It turns a multi-step, multi-screen task into a single conversational request, helping our sellers get paid faster.

14. Meetings calendar in the main navigation

What is it?

View and action on all your past and upcoming meetings via the new meetings calendar available in your main navigation.

Why does it matter?

The meetings calendar was previously only available in the Sales Workspace and the Customer Success space. Now, all users can see their schedule in HubSpot.

15. Inline Report Descriptions on Dashboards

What is it?

Report descriptions now display directly on dashboard report cards, so your team can see context at a glance without hovering over an icon.

Why does it matter?

When report context is hidden behind a hover icon, it's easy for teammates to misread or misinterpret what a report is showing. Workarounds like adding extra text cards clutter your dashboard layout.

With inline descriptions, you can surface important context directly on each report card, keeping everyone on the same page.

16. Contracts API

What is it?

The contracts API lets you create and manage HubSpot contracts programmatically. A contract tracks the lifecycle of a relationship between a merchant and their buyer over time, inclusive of terms of service, pricing, and duration for a set of purchased line items.

Why does it matter?

Contract APIs will provide the ability to integrate external systems with HubSpot's connected CPQ and Billing tools, and tap into the business logic behind these systems independent of HubSpot's UI.

For customers who do not use HubSpot quotes, Contracts API unlocks the ability to manage contracts directly without the need for additional seats.

17. CX Score

What is it?

Managers can now view a unified Customer Experience Score on each support ticket. The score is evaluating the customer's satisfaction with the support ticket and users can access a brief explanation for the score.

Why does it matter?

In the fast-paced world of customer service, support team managers are overwhelmed by a flood of information. They have access to a wealth of HubSpot data points—from advanced reports and text-based insights to feedback surveys—but this abundance of information has created a new challenge. It’s simply not feasible for a manager to review every single data point at a glance to get a clear sense of their team's performance.

This presents a significant hurdle. Leaders of support teams are struggling to gain insights into the overall customer experience and satisfaction of the customers of their hybrid support teams. This challenge is further complicated by issues with existing customer feedback:

  • Low Response Rate: Customers are submitting a small percentage of feedback surveys - only around 3.5% of all tickets in HubSpot receive a feedback submission.
  • Inconsistent Rating Focus: In post-ticket surveys, customers are rating the experience with their support rep/CA or the overall experience with the product or service. This leads to situations where a support rep/CA did a fantastic job but the customer still gives a low rating because the situation itself frustrated them severely.
  • Inconsistent scales: Customers cannot easily compare survey types across platforms and survey types because of the different scales used in the industry.

Without a holistic view, managers are forced to make reactive decisions, often addressing issues only after they've grown and impacted customer satisfaction.

18. Custom Inbound SMS Keywords

What is it?

Create custom inbound SMS keywords that can automatically trigger actions or workflows when customers text a specific word.

Why does it matter?

Custom SMS keywords make it easier for marketers to capture intent and automate customer journeys using one of the highest-engagement channels available. Instead of relying on generic keywords, businesses can create branded, campaign-specific keywords that are memorable and aligned to their marketing goals.

Whether it's building awareness, collecting event registrations, promoting a new product, growing SMS subscriber lists, or triggering personalized follow-up campaigns, custom keywords help reduce friction and turn inbound customer engagement into immediate, automated action.

19. CRM Pipeline Object Tags API

What is it?

You can now manage pipeline object tag definitions via a public API. Tags defined through the API are applied automatically to records that match the configured criteria.

Why does it matter?

Managing object tags in bulk or through external tooling hasn't been possible until now. This API gives you a way to integrate tag management into their own systems and workflows without requiring manual configuration.

20. Prospecting Agent Gets Smarter: Buying Signals and Contact Sourcing

What is it?

Prospecting Agent has evolved to become an end-to-end outbound agent, enabling sales organizations to automatically identify in-market companies based on real-world triggers and instantly source the right contacts via 3rd party integrations.

With this update, Prospecting Agent can:

  • Detect companies that match key buying signals (like growth, hiring, funding, or intent)
  • Automatically identify and source relevant contacts at those companies from within the CRM or through 3rd party integrations
  • Generate and enroll contacts in personalized email outreach and calling tasks

Why does it matter?

Sales reps currently spend significant time manually building account lists, finding contacts, and researching companies before they even begin outreach. This manual process lacks intent and often leads to engagement with prospects when the timing isn’t right or produces generic outreach that doesn't resonate.

Prospecting Agent addresses this by automatically identifying companies showing buying signals, sourcing contacts, and generating personalized outreach, so reps can engage buyers at the right time without any manual research.

21. Simplified Pipeline Limits - one pipeline limit per portal across all object types

What is it?

Pipeline limits in HubSpot are now simpler: your account gets a single pipeline limit shared across all object types, based on your highest subscription tier, and all hubs now have access to pipelines for all object types.

Why does it matter?

Previously, pipeline limits varied by object type, tier, and hub, making it difficult to understand how many pipelines you had available or access to. These changes give you a clearer, more predictable way to manage pipelines as your business grows.

Now, you can see exactly how many pipelines your account can have, regardless of which object types you're using. You also no longer need a specific hub subscription to access deal or ticket pipelines. All hubs include access to pipelines for all object types.

22. Enhanced Meeting Transcription for Notetaker

What is it?

A new transcription experience for Notetaker, designed to deliver faster, high-quality transcripts across more of the meetings your teams have.

In recent testing, transcripts were available up to 4x faster than our existing transcription experience, helping meeting insights become available sooner.

The new experience also improves transcription quality for non-English conversations and is better equipped to handle multilingual meetings, including conversations where speakers switch between languages.

Why does it matter?

Transcripts power many of the experiences that help reps take action after a conversation, including meeting summaries, next steps, follow ups, and other insights. Faster transcripts mean those insights can be available while the conversation is still fresh, helping reps move from meeting to follow-up more quickly. Improved support for non-English and multilingual meetings also creates a more consistent experience for global teams.

23. Property History Table Updates

What is it?

The property history table on a record's side panel has been updated with a cleaner layout, a new column structure, filtering, and a direct way to restore property changes from the history view.

Why does it matter?

When you spot a problematic change in a record's property history, there's currently no way to act on it from that view; you have to leave the record, navigate to a separate restore tool, and reconstruct the same filter criteria from scratch. This update surfaces a restore CRM data entry point directly in the property history table, so you can investigate and act on data problems without navigating to another area of HubSpot — everything is in one place, saving you valuable time.
