3. Stay Connected and In Control

Clear communication keeps momentum high. You’ll have full visibility through our project hub in Teamwork, showing what’s in progress and what’s next. Regular check-ins ensure nothing stalls, and we use these sessions to unblock issues quickly and keep the project focused on outcomes, not admin.

We’ll adapt our rhythm to suit your pace — some clients prefer a weekly catch-up, others fortnightly. Either way, you’ll always know where things stand, what’s coming next, and how each task ties back to your goals.

4. Review, Learn, Accelerate

At the end of onboarding, we review progress against the success plan we set at the start. Together, we’ll analyse what’s worked best, where the biggest gains have been, and how to build on them — whether that’s further optimisation, advanced automation, or new HubSpot hubs.
