Client Success Executive

SALARY: Up to £24k (DOE)

Role Overview

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide regular and timely communication to clients, ensuring excellent relationships are maintained.  
  • Liaise with the team to schedule in campaign tasks, and ensure the work is completed accurately and to brief.
  • Assist in checking assets produced by the HubSpot Specialists, prior to sending to Client Success Director, chasing sign-off where necessary.  
  • Adhere to the internal briefing, scheduling and file management systems. 
  • Liaise closely with the HubSpot Specialist to gather and analyse campaign results, to feed back account recommendations.  
  • Assist in providing quotations to clients in response to new project requests, ensuring all tasks are accounted for with agency costings applied. 
  • Become a knowledgeable user of the HubSpot platform.
  • Supply clients with weekly reports and updates. 
  • Complete daily timesheets.

Qualifications:

  • Educated to a degree level.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience gained working in an agency role, client facing with exposure to multiple projects and campaigns. 

Specific skills:

  • Highly-organised and adaptable, capable of managing and prioritising a busy and ever-changing workload. 
  • Self-motivated and able to use initiative to problem solve solutions for clients. 
  • Keen interest in the digital landscape, knowledge of marketing metrics and an interest in technology would be highly advantageous. 
  • Extremely high attention to detail. 
  • Able to communicate on a number of levels, from briefing apprentice’s with new tasks, to managing difficult conversations with client senior stakeholders, whilst remaining patient, and showing empathy. 
  • Understanding of issues, and when to escalate to Client Success Manager. 
  • Team player capable of adapting to working in a close-knit team.
