Sales Account Manager

SALARY: £30,000 - £35,000 p.a.

Overview of Job:
As a Sales Account Manager at BBD Boom, you will be a vital link between our clients and our implementation team. You will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring successful project implementation, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue. This role offers an exciting opportunity for career progression and team leadership in a rapidly expanding company.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding their current implementation projects.
    • You will be responsible for building the strategic account plans for your clients (But will be working with the wider team to pull this together) 
    • Maintain regular communication to keep clients updated and satisfied with our services.
  2. Account Ownership:
    • Manage a diverse book of clients, including both project-based and retainer-based accounts.
    • Develop and execute strategies to transition clients from project models to retainer models.
  3. Revenue Growth:
    • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance client value. This will include HubSpot licence and BBD services based deliverables
    • Collaborate with the project managers and solution consultants on strategic accounts to drive additional revenue.
  4. Account Planning:
    • Create and maintain comprehensive account plans for key accounts you own.
    • Work towards achieving revenue-based targets set by the company.
  5. Client Engagement:
    • Travel to visit clients and pitch new projects, fostering strong client relationships.
    • Ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement and problem-solving.
  6. Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the in-house Solutions team to identify and source new opportunities.
    • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
Experience Required:
  1. Account Management Sales Experience:
    • Proven track record in managing client accounts and driving revenue growth.
    • Experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  2. Revenue-Based Targets:
    • Demonstrated ability to work towards and achieve revenue-based targets.
  3. HubSpot Knowledge:
    • Familiarity with HubSpot is desirable but not essential; willingness to learn and adapt is key.
  4. Account Planning:
    • Experience in creating and executing account plans to drive client success and business growth.
  5. Collaborative Working:
    • Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
