Faced with a tight deadline to migrate from Salesforce to HubSpot and without a dedicated CRM resource in-house, I had genuine concerns about our ability to deliver. BBD Boom and in particular, our Project Manager, Claudia quickly alleviated those concerns. She expertly guided us through the workflow process in a way that was clear and accessible—even to those without a technical background. Her strategic insights not only improved our approach but also brought a sense of calm and confidence to the team. Anticipating many meetings addressing issues and roadblocks, we have instead received clear reporting and next steps with no unexpected client-side tasks and no delays. From initial scoping conversations with Adam through to Claudia’s proactive leadership and seamless execution, I can't speak highly enough of the BBD Boom team work.

We needed to migrate the HubSpot instance of a company we acquired over to the main company HubSpot account. BBDBoom were instrumental in helping us do this smoothly and on time. In particular, Clarinda who led the project from BBDBoom was extremely helpful through the process and kept us on track, enabling us to be operational in a very short timeframe

We are currently working through a reconfiguration of HubSpot, following an implementation of HubSpot two years ago. Katie and the BBD Boom team have been extremely responsive. We benefitted greatly from the support and hard work of Clarinda Cheon as we brought data from three alternative and very different CRMs into HubSpot to support a unified national sales team. There was much to learn and many challenges with differently arranged data and we were greatly supported by Clarinda's knowledge and patient work. Establishing workflows and using business unit structures to allow each of the original companies migrate in with little or no operational downtime was a a big part in the success of this transition program.

We implemented Helpdesk recently and we had really great experience working with BBD Boom - Katie Townsend. She was fantastic and very well orientated in all aspects. All enquires were responded efficiently and well understood. It has made great difference in adjusting helpdesk to our company needs and making it work for us. Very impressed by Katie and her commitment to the client services.

This is a very easy review to write. We're early on in our journey with BBD Boom and already gaining value from the immediate impact the team is making with our priority projects. Katie and Claudia take the time to listen and understand our needs. They're very responsive, come up with options to suit our needs, and will often test out ideas ahead of conversation with us. This speeds up execution and resolves challenges in a much shorter timeframe.

BBD Boom have been incredible in helping us implement HubSpot and integrating it with our main operating system, NetSuite. Alex Jerenic is extremely knowledgeable and responsive, ensuring a smooth setup. She has helped us create custom sales pipelines, workflows for automation, and customised our HubSpot environment to our needs. The entire process has been easy for us.
