We were completely new to HubSpot, and turned to BBD Boom to onboard us during a very busy time in our organisation. The thought of moving onto a brand new CRM system can be quite daunting, but it was the best thing we could have done. The whole experience has been smooth, insightful, and we'd definitely recommend them. We were thoroughly supported from beginning to end, and if there was ever anything we needed help with, Imogen was there to assist us right away. The level of responsiveness is impressive, and Imogen is super friendly, helpful, and clearly knowledgeable in all levels of HubSpot Marketing! It is an absolute pleasure to be paired with Sammy and Clarinda who provided the most seamless learning journey I've ever had. We are currently going through HubSpot onboarding and the team has been incredibly helpful and been simply amazing. If certain topics require some information digging, the team is quick to update the next steps and I usually receive the answer within the same day.
