We’re searching for a proven CRM-software / CRM-services seller (or partner-agency BD) who’s ready to switch lanes and sell the HubSpot vision. Your Impact as a Growth Consultant

You’ll convert your CRM sales experience from Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Zoho (or similar) into HubSpot wins—owning the full cycle, working inbound, co-selling with HubSpot AEs, and guiding prospects from first pain to signed scope.


Key Focus Areas

  • New-Business Growth – reach ramped quota within six months.
  • HubSpot Rep Relationships – build pipeline by co-selling with Channel AEs.
  • Consultative Discovery – turn pains into HubSpot-led roadmaps
  • Strategic Positioning – lead with HubSpot value; our services are the catalyst.
  • Client Trust & Empathy – set every deal up for future expansion.

Key KPIs

  • Results – on-track quota attainment post-ramp.
  • Pipeline – ~3× quota coverage, every month.
  • Activity – steady drumbeat of discovery calls, demos, workshops.
  • Sourcing – strong flow of self-sourced, leads from target verticals

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build pipeline via LinkedIn Sales Nav, intent data, events, inbound & channel referrals.
  • Run value-first demos and quick-win audits to prove ROI.
  • Craft proposals, quotes, SOWs; negotiate and close.
  • Share “voice of customer” insights with Marketing & Delivery.
  • Keep HubSpot CRM ≥ 95 % hygienic.

About You

  • 3–5 yrs smashing quota in CRM environment, either for a software vendor or a partner.
  • Mastery of discovery & qualification frameworks (SPIN, MEDDPICC, etc.).
  • Competitive, resilient, coachable, team-first.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot a plus; full platform training provided.
    Storyteller who maps features to business value.
