Our whole experience with BBD Boom has been one of steep learning and continual support. From the early days of onboarding and our team using a CRM for the first time, we felt throughly supported through the process, tailoring every training session to our exact needs and supporting on our strategy to make sure we were always on the right track. Working with Katie has been amazing, she is the most responsive, helpful person you will ever work with and a true expert in every detail of HubSpot and Ads - we've wanted to hire her into our own team with no luck! Our Account Manager Sabina helps us to stay super organised and is doing a great job of making sure we are well-looked after! Overall, a fantastic experience and very happy to continue to be working with this lovely team!

Katie was outstanding and I wish every vendor was as easy to work with! After four years of use and multiple business changes, we were overdue to clean up our HubSpot instance and wanted to improve our use of HubSpot's marketing automation. Katie was detailed, organized and a delight to work with. Excellent communication skills and she did an excellent job of keeping us on task! Initially, we wanted Boom's help building a new website in HubSpot but ended up onboarding to their training & mentoring service. My weekly training sessions with Tommy helped me develop my knowledge of HubSpot, process and strategy. Over the last year, he's helped me bring some much-needed order to the department. And, his friendly nature never made me feel silly for asking the 'dumb' questions. I've also worked on a few projects with Clarinda, whose technical knowledge is second to none. She's created some great plans for us and helped me understand how to do them for myself in the future. While I haven't worked with Michael for that long, the service we've received from him has been brilliant. Of course, I also have to give the rest of the team a special shoutout for all the work they've done behind the scenes. They really are a great bunch!

We were completely new to HubSpot, and turned to BBD Boom to onboard us during a very busy time in our organisation. The thought of moving onto a brand new CRM system can be quite daunting, but it was the best thing we could have done. The whole experience has been smooth, insightful, and we'd definitely recommend them. We were thoroughly supported from beginning to end, and if there was ever anything we needed help with, Imogen was there to assist us right away. The level of responsiveness is impressive, and Imogen is super friendly, helpful, and clearly knowledgeable in all levels of HubSpot Marketing! The systems we now have in place have proved that it was a great move for our organisation.

Katie is knowledgeable but still explains in a concise and easy-to-understand way. She takes the time to understand our business use-cases and offers advice based on what she feels is the best solution. This leads to up-skilling of our team and the creation of great efficiencies within our workflow implementation(s).

Working with the team at BBD Boom has been great. They helped us re-design and migrate our website from WordPress and move marketing automation from ActiveCampaign to HubSpot. This was a massive project that could have been incredibly chaotic and stressful, but BBD Boom kept us organized, and on track and ensured that the project delivery went as smooth as something like this can. I would definitely work with them in the future should I be tasked to implement HubSpot again.
