Simply amazing - smoothest learning journey and experience

It is an absolute pleasure to be paired with Sammy and Clarinda who provided the most seamless learning journey I've ever had. We are currently going through HubSpot onboarding and the team has been incredibly helpful and been simply amazing. It is very clear they go above and beyond any SLA; the team pro-actively checks in between sessions as well and even if I inundate them with questions, there is never a question that is left unanswered. If certain topics require some information digging, the team is quick to update the next steps and I usually receive the answer within the same day. BBDBoom shows that learning doesn't have to be boring as each session is informative and also very fun. Clarinda and Sammy would constantly cater each session according to our needs and offer great advice in general. Patient and helpful for a Longer in the Tooth Marketer!

From the outset I found Katie to be helpful, knowledgeable and flexible throughout the HubSpot onboarding process. If there were any curved ball questions I threw at her, she answered them adeptly and, if not, quickly followed up with an email on how to address them. The best aspect I like about BBD Boom is the flexibility with their calls. Like most busy (disorganised!) marketers I don't usually decide until the day if I need the call or not. Katie was very accommodating with the few cancellations I made and, when she was off, made sure our session was carried over to the next week. Great work!

Salesforce integration

BBD Boom supported us in building our HubSpot / Salesforce integration. They demonstrate very impressive technical knowledge and managed to come with solution with challenges with had especially when it came to our complex reporting framework. Tommy was leading the project and his deep understanding of HubSpot and knowledge of Salesforce were a real assets which allow to overcome any issues we were facing.

Efficient, Helpful and Streamlined Approach

BBD Boom have been fantastic with our HubsSpot onboarding process for the Marketing and Sales Teams. Everything is planned out thoroughly and the process on a whole has been very smooth and efficient. A breath of fresh air

Working with BBD Boom has so far been a breath of fresh air. With our use of HubSpot being rather unusual and with us being first time users of the system, we have had a lot of questions, however, the BBD Boom team, specifically Katie and Jess, go above and beyond to give answers to implementation challenges, ensuring we will get the most out of the platform. Katie is clearly a HubSpot expert and also solutions focussed - we're yet to come up with a problem that Katie can't find at least 1 solution to! And Jess has provided clarity around the onboarding project ensuring we're progressing as planned. We're looking forward to completing the onboarding and training. Katie and Jess are highly recommended.

HubSpot for a Microsoft Partner?

This is awkward - we are a Microsoft partner who uses the HubSpot platform to manage our sales and marketing activity. (Apparently, Microsoft have a platform for this too). As a growing start-up, HubSpot's ease of use attracted us to the platform, but without the experts helping guide you - it can quickly become another IT investment not earning its keep. We leaned on BBD Boom to gain both the balance of their experience and the ability able to implement best practices. From the very beginning, BBD Boom worked closely with us to understand our unique needs and goals. They took the time to walk us through the various features and capabilities of HubSpot and helped us to develop a strategy that was tailored specifically to our business. Throughout the entire implementation process, they were always available to answer any questions and provide ongoing support as needed - and put me back on track when I said I knew better! Overall, I can't recommend BBD Boom enough, if you're looking for a services company to help you implement HubSpot - BBD Boom should be at the top of your list.

Katie was patient, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the onboarding process. No question was too stupid and she was good at explaining things in a easy to understand way. It was lovely getting to know Katie over the course of onboarding.

A fantastic 2 days with boom!

Katie (and Jess) led a two-day workshop to get us up and running on HubSpot! We covered so much ground - brainstormed scenarios, demos and covered an intro on HubSpot right the way through to analytics/reporting and everything in between. We would 100% recommend Boom, its very rare that an agency gets your brief right the first time - we look forward to working together over the coming months.

Working with the team at BBD Boom has been great. They helped us re-design and migrate our website from WordPress and move marketing automation from ActiveCampaign to HubSpot. This was a massive project that could have been incredibly chaotic and stressful, but BBD Boom kept us organized, and on track and ensured that the project delivery went as smooth as something like this can. I would definitely work with them in the future should I be tasked to implement HubSpot again.
