The assistance that has been provided while working with Katie with the change over to HubSpot has been excellent. Not only with the depth of knowledge that Katie provides but excellent customer service when there's a need for any help, is always on hand to assist. She is indeed very approachable , patient (and she'd need to be with me :) nothing seems to be an issue throughout the whole migration period.
