Myself and my colleague Mel worked with Katie from having purchased our first subscription to the HubSpot Marketing/CRM package. Katie and BBD Boom have been great coaches. We have picked up the platform far quicker than expected and have been able to start sending campaigns. Katie in particular was extremely responsive during a period when our compliance team required additional info. Even after our training period had ended, we have been able to contact Katie with quick fire questions that were vital to getting certain projects out. We work for a growing group of companies and so our HubSpot set-up required a lot of long-term thought and consideration. We were very aware that the choices we made today could have a big impact on the future. Katie was an invaluable resource, not only in helping us gets to grip with how we used different features and tools within HubSpot, but also in helping us to unpick how different choices might affect our larger picture. As a startup, we used the free HubSpot version for almost two years before deciding to upgrade to the Sales Hub professional licence. Kurt was instrumental in helping us understand and set up the new extended functionalities like the sales forecast and the analytic reports. as well as improving our knowledge of the tools we were using for months always with a very professional, passionate and friendly approach.

Katie has been an absolute pleasure to work with, and my final few onboarding sessions with her were incredibly insightful. Her friendly approach and knowledge of HubSpot as a system was excellent, and she was very intuitive in knowing exactly what tools we'd need to best use the system. She also sent very thorough follow up emails after each session with links to things we'd covered and also answer any questions she was unable to on the call. Thank you Katie :)

The service we have received from Katie at BBD has been amazing. She is extremely fast to respond and understands the requirements immediately. She has also learned our business processes and advised and adapted our HS activities to complement them. We are a small team with limited resources and it really feels like Katie is one of us, an additional helpful team member committed to our success.
