BBD Boom team were fantastic in supporting us migrate our sales team to HubSpot from best practice advice, in person training tailored to each departments needs- I cannot recommend them enough. Katie was has been our support contact throughout the process and she has solved every query we have had. She has been great help in advising us on where we can improve our use of HubSpot for the benefit of the business too. The best onboarding and support partner I have had for some time.

Katie has been helping with our HubSpot onboarding recently and I would have really struggled without her. Shes been vey patient and has answered any query emails I sent within minutes. She made everything look easy and after each of our calls she has sent on recordings of our meetings and also links for everything I need to focus on before our next call. BBD Boom was fantastic in helping us improve our usage of HubSpot. They listened to all our needs and made a very clear timeline of projects to be completed. Katie is a HubSpot wizz and knows the platform inside and out, and anytime we needed something a bit more complicated their expert team jumped in to provide us bespoke solutions.

Clarinda and the team were extremely professional in their approach and went out of their way to guide us through the process. Sessions were recorded which will be helpful for reference and future training. I would have appreciated a listed agenda to aid focus as groups can sometimes lead sessions off-topic, however BBD Boom handled all queries very well and have answered our HubSpot questions thoroughly.

Although HubSpot may have some limitations (but what do you expect from an 'off the shelf' package) Katie and Jess were great at listening and supporting our needs as a business. We are nearly three months after implementation and its been amazing to see the information we can now gain from our customers, all because BDD Boom have helped us mould HubSpot to our needs.
