Katie and the BBD team have been invaluable during the implementation of our new CRM. They spend a long time with us to ensure that we share the same vision and help us to find solutions to our real-world problems. Katie, Jess and Andy are very generous with their time and we get a lot done every time we meet. They now feel like part of the team! There are occasionally some limitations with HubSpot but Katie often has many ideas to navigate those issues and it is extremely useful to have a partner with such extensive knowledge of the platform. Katie is very patient with our questions, answering them in full and often sending a re-cap email to keep track of our progress. It is a pleasure to work with Katie and the team. I have used BBD Boom to roll out full HubSpot Enterprise set up for 6 separate companies so far and can't recommend them enough. We utilise the team for ongoing support post-rollout and the service is fantastic - quick responses, easy to understand explanations and sensible fixes. Andy, Katie, Jess & Tommy in particular are great - they have such extensive knowledge of the platform, and how to work through practical business issues.
