Clarinda and the team were extremely professional in their approach and went out of their way to guide us through the process. Sessions were recorded which will be helpful for reference and future training. I would have appreciated a listed agenda to aid focus as groups can sometimes lead sessions off-topic, however BBD Boom handled all queries very well and have answered our HubSpot questions thoroughly.

Although HubSpot may have some limitations (but what do you expect from an 'off the shelf' package) Katie and Jess were great at listening and supporting our needs as a business. We are nearly three months after implementation and its been amazing to see the information we can now gain from our customers, all because BDD Boom have helped us mould HubSpot to our needs. Katie and the BBD team have been invaluable during the implementation of our new CRM. They spend a long time with us to ensure that we share the same vision and help us to find solutions to our real-world problems. Katie, Jess and Andy are very generous with their time and we get a lot done every time we meet. They now feel like part of the team! There are occasionally some limitations with HubSpot but Katie often has many ideas to navigate those issues and it is extremely useful to have a partner with such extensive knowledge of the platform. I have used BBD Boom to roll out full HubSpot Enterprise set up for 6 separate companies so far and can't recommend them enough. We utilise the team for ongoing support post-rollout and the service is fantastic - quick responses, easy to understand explanations and sensible fixes. Andy, Katie, Jess & Tommy in particular are great - they have such extensive knowledge of the platform, and how to work through practical business issues.
