Immediately after starting our HubSpot onboarding with Katie and Sabina, the experience has been nothing but great. Katie is very fast replying to questions and has an excellent knowledge about the best HubSpot practices. Because of the great experience so far, we are starting to work with BBD Boom on paid media management.

Sped up the process of installing HubSpot allowing us to take control of our email marketing (with social, forms, website pages as an even better benefit). Comprehensive training and peace of mind that all of our systems have been set up correctly. Well worth it!

After watching a very helpful webinar with Clarinda and HubSpot employees and being recommended BBD Boom by our account manager, I decided to book an audit with Mike and the rest of the team, which they kindly provided free of charge! We could have not been happier with the results, the process was thorough and has highlighted some important parts on our HubSpot portal that we will need to address.

Didn't get off to a great start, a delay in our first meeting then our original onboarding consultant was going on leave for three weeks and we were not getting an extension to our onboarding timeframe. However, once we switched our consultant to Katie T, we were immediately won over by her knowledge, energy and enthusiasm. Completely turned around our experience. If we'd had Katie T from the start I am sure it would have been a 5 star review
