Initially, I was sold HS onboarding and was expecting a HS team to support. Due to the need and speed at which we needed training, it was prevalent that HS couldn't meet our timescale. I must admit that I thought I was being given an inferior and cheaper onboarding - but this is by far from the experience and knowledge we have been given. In swoops BBD BOOM! Katie to the rescue. She is knowledgeable, polite, and prompt - seeing our success as her success. What I also love is the descriptive email after each session that reinforces and backs up the learning.

BBD Boom have been excellent to work with. We used them for a one off CRM cleansing project but now work with them on retainer each month for full HubSpot support. They are clear, transparent, super knowledgeable and add real value.

I was initially apprehensive about the level of support that could be provided for our bespoke needs but Katie was absolutely brilliant. She explained everything so clearly and brought humour to our calls whilst remaining professional at all times. On the occassion that Katie didn't have the immediate answer to my abstract request, she would always find out a work around for us.
