After watching a very helpful webinar with Clarinda and HubSpot employees and being recommended BBD Boom by our account manager, I decided to book an audit with Mike and the rest of the team, which they kindly provided free of charge! We could have not been happier with the results, the process was thorough and has highlighted some important parts on our HubSpot portal that we will need to address.

Our HubSpot onboarding and training sessions with Katie have been so useful! Katie is really knowledgeable about all the features and she did a great job suggesting ways we can use the tools to optimise our processes and workflows. Didn't get off to a great start, a delay in our first meeting then our original onboarding consultant was going on leave for three weeks and we were not getting an extension to our onboarding timeframe. However, once we switched our consultant to Katie T, we were immediately won over by her knowledge, energy and enthusiasm. Completely turned around our experience. We had a great discovery session with BBD Boom. Clarinda, Jess and Andy came to our offices and helped get into all aspects of our business and data considerations. Initially, I was sold HS onboarding and was expecting a HS team to support. Due to the need and speed at which we needed training, it was prevalent that HS couldn't meet our timescale. I must admit that I thought I was being given an inferior and cheaper onboarding - but this is by far from the experience and knowledge we have been given. In swoops BBD BOOM! Katie to the rescue. She is knowledgeable, polite, and prompt - seeing our success as her success. What I also love is the descriptive email after each session that reinforces and backs up the learning.

We are so pleased we have BBD Boom here to support us. the implementation meetings are so useful and Katie is so quick to help us with any little issue or question we have. We totally recommend.
