BBD Boom have been excellent to work with. We used them for a one off CRM cleansing project but now work with them on retainer each month for full HubSpot support. They are clear, transparent, super knowledgeable and add real value.

I was initially apprehensive about the level of support that could be provided for our bespoke needs but Katie was absolutely brilliant. She explained everything so clearly and brought humour to our calls whilst remaining professional at all times. On the occassion that Katie didn't have the immediate answer to my abstract request, she would always find out a work around for us. Katie is an absolute superstar and a fantastic representative for BBD Boom.

On a whole BBD Boom has been really insightful and beneficial. With this being said this would not have been the case without Katie Smith.
