Our experience with BBDBoom has been exceptional so far! Their team demonstrated an impressive level of expertise and dedication throughout the process! The onboarding process is well-structured and efficient, with clear communication and timely updates. Their team is always available to address our questions and concerns, providing valuable guidance and support. We are particularly impressed with Alex J, our Project Manager, who is just wonderful to work with. She's very patient, always available and always has our best interest at heart, thinking of the ways to go around things when a system limitation pops up. Our journey hasn't finished yet, but we are confident that we are in good hands to meet our specific needs and goals.

We had a great experience working with Blake to implement HubSpot. We're transitioning from an older CRM into HubSpot and Blake catered all of our calls to focus on relevant topics/subjects that we'd need to learn as part of that transition. As a new HubSpot user, I was able to learn something new on every one of Blake's onboarding sessions and can now say that I'm much more confident using the platform. He kept everything very simple and was always available to answer questions (whether it was walking us through something live or answering questions over email). Very thankful for having someone like Blake who's both very experienced and a great teacher, guide us through the whole implementation process from end to end.

My experience was great. My company needed an new (and very complicated) CRM strategy to support our new market strategy. I'm very thankful for our implementation partner Katie. She not only helped me piece together the strategy, but then implemented all of the changes and automations requested each week within a matter of days. Our current HubSpot set up would not have been possible without her - thank you!

BBD Boom supported us with the onboarding of the HubSpot Marketing Hub and were a fantastic implementation partner. They quickly became familiar with our business, our marketing activities and processes, and used this to tailor the implementation accordingly. Blake, our HubSpot consultant, brought a huge amount of expertise and knowledge, had fantastic communication and was also flexible to our needs and requirements over the project period. Blake’s strong problem-solving ability was also invaluable to the project, as we would come with our challenges and objectives and he would return with expertly recommended solutions for the best route forward. The project was delivered on-time (no easy feat) and the trainings that were delivered have been incredibly valuable in setting us up for success with the platform, that will now transform our marketing activities. We would highly recommend working with BBD Boom, and look forward to working with them hopefully again when we come to onboarding the HubSpot Sales Hub in the future.

Before we signed on with BBD Boom, we actually spoke with a few vendors. They stood out as being the most put-together and professional, which was the reason we went with them. Once the process started we weren't disappointed. They have blown us away with how organized and responsive they have been, answering a ton of our questions along the way.
