All enquires were responded efficiently and well understood. It has made great difference in adjusting helpdesk to our company needs and making it work for us. Katie and Claudia take the time to listen and understand our needs. They're very responsive, come up with options to suit our needs, and will often test out ideas ahead of conversation with us. This speeds up execution and resolves challenges in a much shorter timeframe.

BBD Boom have been incredible in helping us implement HubSpot and integrating it with our main operating system, NetSuite. Alex Jerenic is extremely knowledgeable and responsive, ensuring a smooth setup. She has helped us create custom sales pipelines, workflows for automation, and customised our HubSpot environment to our needs. The entire process has been easy for us. We work with BBD Boom regularly and I really value the experience and knowledge that all the consultants we work with bring to our business. A lot happens behind the scenes, outside of the calls and email chains, and the consultants pull it all together to get the right work done and on schedule.
