We have been using HubSpot via BBD boom now for the past 6 months. BBD Boom have been great across all aspects of the integration. We have even decided to take them on longer term to help us get the most from the software. They have managed to create all sequences and dashboards we require is fast time and taken the time to explain how everything works! We have dealt with many software companies in the past who only want to sell you the product and then work everything out yourself! this was a great refreshing change - would highly recommend!

We worked with BBD Boom on a complex HubSpot portal consolidation project, merging 4 different portals into 1 and the outcome was really good. The team was incredibly professional, responsive, and flexible throughout the entire engagement. They delivered everything on time and were always quick to adapt to our evolving needs. I worked mainly with Katie Townsend, who was always fantastic and incredibly helpful. Whether it was help with creating reports, pipelines, workflows, or anything else my team and I asked her to do, she was quick with her responses and carried out the work efficiently. Even when we went back with more and more things we needed help with or we didn't keep up with our own timelines, they were helpful and kind.

We purchased HubSpot in January and were quickly invited to begin onboarding with Katie Smith. From the start, Katie provided guidance, helping us map out the next 6 to 8 weeks and ensuring we stayed on track with our CRM setup. Her expertise and deep understanding of HubSpot made a huge difference, especially when we needed direction on key decisions. She consistently pointed us toward the best solutions, making the entire process more efficient. I recommend HubSpot’s onboarding service to anyone new to the platform.

We purchased a bank of hours and gave BBD Boom the task of building a dashboard so we could better understand our customers and sales using the data captured in HubSpot. First impressions were excellent, from the very first scoping call with Huw, I knew BBD Boom were a very professional output. Things got even better when we started to work with the core HubSpot guru Tommy, who is not only very knowledgeable on all things technical, but is also someone who really listens to what the client needs and is able to articulate an effective way forward. You can't help but be reassured by Tommy, as he knows the answer to all queries thrown at him and takes the time to explain in a clear concise way. I've also been really impressed by the project structure and the reporting - and this was very capably led by Adore. We were able to prioritise, reprioritise and nothing was too much trouble for the project team. In short, if you've got a operational HubSpot problem that needs solving, or if you want a complete rehaul of your HubSpot strategy (or anything in-between), I'd highly recommend BBD Boom as the partner of choice.
