Katie has been fantastic as an Account Manager; our PPC Ad's are effective at generating leads, the reporting is useful and timely and the team are happy to answer our questions and research new avenues for us. Teamwork is essential to the relationship and we're really happy with the service from BBD Boom.

This is awkward - we are a Microsoft partner who uses the HubSpot platform to manage our sales and marketing activity. (Apparently, Microsoft have a platform for this too). As a growing start-up, HubSpot's ease of use attracted us to the platform, but without the experts helping guide you - it can quickly become another IT investment not earning its keep. We leaned on BBD Boom to gain both the balance of their experience and the ability able to implement best practices. From the very beginning, BBD Boom worked closely with us to understand our unique needs and goals. They took the time to walk us through the various features and capabilities of HubSpot and helped us to develop a strategy that was tailored specifically to our business. Throughout the entire implementation process, they were always available to answer any questions and provide ongoing support as needed - and put me back on track when I said I knew better! Overall, I can't recommend BBD Boom enough, if you're looking for a services company to help you implement HubSpot - BBD Boom should be at the top of your list.

Working with BBD Boom has so far been a breath of fresh air. With our use of HubSpot being rather unusual and with us being first time users of the system, we have had a lot of questions, however, the BBD Boom team, specifically Katie and Jess, go above and beyond to give answers to implementation challenges, ensuring we will get the most out of the platform. Katie is clearly a HubSpot expert and also solutions focussed - we're yet to come up with a problem that Katie can't find at least 1 solution to! And Jess has provided clarity around the onboarding project ensuring we're progressing as planned. We're looking forward to completing the onboarding and training. Katie and Jess are highly recommended.

BBD Boom have been fantastic with our HubsSpot onboarding process for the Marketing and Sales Teams.
