BBD Boom have been incredible. Whilst they are a "team"/"agency", they become more than that, they become part of your company's family. They have nurtured us and waited for us to be ready to launch our new company, helping us every step of the way. One way in which they have been so instrumentally in our launch being so easy, has been their efficiency and also there ability to "just get our brand" and what we do.

Elysha was very helpful in guiding us through how we utilise HubSpot as an effective CRM database with the ability to produce meaningful reporting including contact stages, deal and revenue reporting.

Initially, we wanted Boom's help building a new website in HubSpot but ended up onboarding to their training & mentoring service. My weekly training sessions with Tommy helped me develop my knowledge of HubSpot, process and strategy. Over the last year, he's helped me bring some much-needed order to the department. And, his friendly nature never made me feel silly for asking the 'dumb' questions. I've also worked on a few projects with Clarinda, whose technical knowledge is second to none. She's created some great plans for us and helped me understand how to do them for myself in the future. While I haven't worked with Michael for that long, the service we've received from him has been brilliant. Of course, I also have to give the rest of the team a special shoutout for all the work they've done behind the scenes. They really are a great bunch!
