BBD Boom supported us in building our HubSpot / Salesforce integration. They demonstrate very impressive technical knowledge and managed to come with solution with challenges with had especially when it came to our complex reporting framework. Tommy was leading the project and his deep understanding of HubSpot and knowledge of Salesforce were a real assets which allow to overcome any issues we were facing.

From the outset I found Katie to be helpful, knowledgeable and flexible throughout the HubSpot onboarding process. If there were any curved ball questions I threw at her, she answered them adeptly and, if not, quickly followed up with an email on how to address them. The best aspect I like about BBD Boom is the flexibility with their calls. Like most busy (disorganised!) marketers I don't usually decide until the day if I need the call or not. Katie was very accommodating with the few cancellations I made and, when she was off, made sure our session was carried over to the next week. Great work!

Katie provided a great service in answering all our questions regarding our Marketing onboarding in HubSpot. Initially we focused on using HubSpot to enhance our marketing but then the project expanded into setting up sales pipelines, integrating 3rd party apps and also syncing data with another CRM. Despite the expanded and complicated project scope, Katie was more than willing to adapt our calls to cover these areas in our onboarding calls. She was able to setup different aspects of HubSpot for us, but also explain the process so that we had a clear understanding of how to manage them ourselves moving forward.

It is an absolute pleasure to be paired with Sammy and Clarinda who provided the most seamless learning journey I've ever had. We are currently going through HubSpot onboarding and the team has been incredibly helpful and been simply amazing. It is very clear they go above and beyond any SLA; the team pro-actively checks in between sessions as well and even if I inundate them with questions, there is never a question that is left unanswered. If certain topics require some information digging, the team is quick to update the next steps and I usually receive the answer within the same day. BBDBoom shows that learning doesn't have to be boring as each session is informative and also very fun. Clarinda and Sammy would constantly cater each session according to our needs and offer great advice in general.
