Katie (and Jess) led a two-day workshop to get us up and running on HubSpot! We covered so much ground - brainstormed scenarios, demos and covered an intro on HubSpot right the way through to analytics/reporting and everything in between. We would 100% recommend Boom, its very rare that an agency gets your brief right the first time - we look forward to working together over the coming months.

Katie was patient, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the onboarding process. No question was too stupid and she was good at explaining things in a easy to understand way. It was lovely getting to know Katie over the course of onboarding.

This is awkward - we are a Microsoft partner who uses the HubSpot platform to manage our sales and marketing activity. (Apparently, Microsoft have a platform for this too). As a growing start-up, HubSpot's ease of use attracted us to the platform, but without the experts helping guide you - it can quickly become another IT investment not earning its keep. We leaned on BBD Boom to gain both the balance of their experience and the ability able to implement best practices. From the very beginning, BBD Boom worked closely with us to understand our unique needs and goals. They took the time to walk us through the various features and capabilities of HubSpot and helped us to develop a strategy that was tailored specifically to our business. Throughout the entire implementation process, they were always available to answer any questions and provide ongoing support as needed - and put me back on track when I said I knew better! Overall, I can't recommend BBD Boom enough, if you're looking for a services company to help you implement HubSpot - BBD Boom should be at the top of your list.

Had my onboarding for HubSpot with Katie and she was fantastic! Faced many issues due to the limitations of HubSpot's software and Katie came up with some very clever solutions and workarounds for some of them, which HubSpot's own team weren't able to do after several hours spend on various customer service calls with them prior to the sessions I had with Katie! The software does have a lot of limitations, but Katie is super knowledgable and goes above and beyond to do and share what she can even within the many limitations!

I was really happy with the support provided by Clarinda during our HubSpot implementation. Clarinda is very knowledgeable about the app and was able to resolve all of the many questions I raised during the process, as well as those added by my team during the final onboarding calls. It was great to have the sessions recorded as we covered a lot of material in each and this has given me the ability to revisit some of the more complex topics. Adam checked in mid-project as well, which was good from a customer care perspective. The timeframe and spacing of the calls was perfect to allow for a quick, but not rushed, implementation, and the team and I now have a solution we are very happy with! Thank you Clarinda and team.

I'm a sales exec and we just had a brilliant training with Katie at BBD Boom - everything was so clear, so concise and it's already made a huge difference to my workflow. HubSpot implementation can be a tricky thing for me to get my head around at the best of times and Katie made it so simple. Would absolutely reccommend working with BBD BOOM.
