Elysha was very helpful in guiding us through how we utilise HubSpot as an effective CRM database with the ability to produce meaningful reporting including contact stages, deal and revenue reporting.

Katie has been a pleasure to work with during our 90 day onboarding period, her knowledge of the HubSpot platform is second to none which made the set up process a dream. I would highly recommend anyone getting started with HubSpot to do so with the support of BBD Boom and Katie.

Initially, we wanted Boom's help building a new website in HubSpot but ended up onboarding to their training & mentoring service. My weekly training sessions with Tommy helped me develop my knowledge of HubSpot, process and strategy. Over the last year, he's helped me bring some much-needed order to the department. And, his friendly nature never made me feel silly for asking the 'dumb' questions. I've also worked on a few projects with Clarinda, whose technical knowledge is second to none. She's created some great plans for us and helped me understand how to do them for myself in the future. While I haven't worked with Michael for that long, the service we've received from him has been brilliant. Of course, I also have to give the rest of the team a special shoutout for all the work they've done behind the scenes. They really are a great bunch!

Katie (and Jess) led a two-day workshop to get us up and running on HubSpot! We covered so much ground - brainstormed scenarios, demos and covered an intro on HubSpot right the way through to analytics/reporting and everything in between. We would 100% recommend Boom, its very rare that an agency gets your brief right the first time - we look forward to working together over the coming months.
