Your Impact as a Growth Consultant

Listen first, surface the real problem, design a HubSpot roadmap, and close the deal—supported by proven playbooks and weekly coaching.


Key Focus Areas

  • Ramp to Quota – hit target by month 6 with structured support.
  • Pipeline Generation – audits, user-groups, referrals + HubSpot AEs.
  • Consultative Discovery – translate growth goals into HubSpot solutions.
  • Value Storytelling – build business cases that make CFOs nod.
  • Seamless Handoffs – ≥ 90 % NPS on deals you scope.

Key KPIs

  • Results – ramped quota attainment.
  • Pipeline – ~3× quota coverage.
  • Activity – target discovery / demo sessions weekly.
  • Customer Experience – ≥ 90 % NPS on your deals.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead portal audits; quantify revenue gaps and ROI.
  • Co-sell with HubSpot AEs; target net-new and expansion deals
  • Craft proposals, quotes, SOWs; negotiate and close.
  • Share customer insights with Product, Marketing, Delivery.
  • Keep HubSpot CRM ≥ 95 % hygienic.

About You

  • 4 + yrs hands-on HubSpot (admin, RevOps, CSM, consultancy).
  • Proven upsell / cross-sell or business-case experience.
  • Eager to master formal sales techniques—full coaching provided
  • Competitive, positive, growth-minded, team-first.
  • Multiple HubSpot certs (or ready to earn core certs in 60 days).
