Role Overview
Overview
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled HubSpot Consultant to join our team and support clients in implementing and optimizing HubSpot solutions. This is a mid-level role, ideal for someone with a solid understanding of the HubSpot ecosystem who is ready to deepen their consulting skills across marketing, sales, service and opps hubs.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Implementation Support
Lead and assist in the delivery of HubSpot onboarding and CRM setup projects for clients across various industries. This includes workflow creation, list segmentation, dashboard configuration, and integrations. This will also apply to guided onboardings. - Technical HubSpot Configuration
Execute the setup and customisation of HubSpot tools such as email templates, forms, landing pages, automation workflows, and pipelines based on client requirements. - Reporting and Insights
Build and maintain reporting dashboards that reflect KPIs for clients. Help clients interpret performance data and provide insight-driven recommendations. - Client Collaboration
Work closely with senior consultants and project managers to ensure tasks are delivered on time and meet project objectives. Participate in discovery calls and requirements gathering sessions. - Process Documentation
Maintain clear documentation for client deliverables and internal processes. Support knowledge sharing across the team. - Platform Expertise
Stay current with HubSpot product updates and share relevant insights with clients and the internal team.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot (ideally across multiple hubs).
- Proficiency in configuring automation workflows, forms, CTAs, and custom reports.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing client onboardings and supporting with complex implementation projects
- HubSpot certifications (e.g. Inbound Marketing, Marketing Software, CRM) are a strong plus.
- Experience with tools like SalesForce, Dynamics, Zoho and other tools such as Zapier, Google Sheets, or basic HTML/CSS is a bonus.
