Project Structure

1. Process
We will first sit down with you and create a blueprint for the Salesforce to HubSpot migration to meet your short and long term goals. This will include a map of which data should be moved to HubSpot, the properties that need to be built, and which automations and reports are needed.

2. Migration
Once the plan is complete, we will carry out the migration, using HubSpot's Salesforce native integration or HubSpot's APIs to automate the migration.

3. Training
We will carry out comprehensive training with your team to ensure they understand how to use the new software. After all, what good is new software if nobody uses it?
